Daigoroh Ito is a character in Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint.

If it were up to Daigoroh, he would be leading the Outcasts at his sister Haruhi's side. As it stands, he performs what he considers to be menial tasks, necessary, but not worthy of his talents and intelligence. Beneath it all, he wants to prove himself to his older sister.

Biography[]

Like his sister, Daigoroh grew up as an army brat and spent most of his formative years in the American Midwest. Unlike his sister, who was ignored and antagonized by their father, Daigoroh was smothered by him and made frequent escapes to big cities whenever he could. Though Daigoroh was always a gifted student and tinkerer, he began to let his grades flounder as a form of rebellion against his father.

Professional Career[]

Though his grades in high school weren't exemplary, Daigoroh's test scores landed him an acceptance to USC. His father had enough of Daigoroh's antics and refused to pay for his schooling. Fearing the crippling debt of student loans, Daigoroh asked his sister for help. Haruhi lent him the money for one year, after which Daigoroh was expected to find his own funding. The loan constituted the great majority of Haruhi's savings. Daigoroh subsequently failed out of USC and wasted Haruhi's money. His guilt was compounded when Haruhi lost her job and both of them had to move to live with their parents, and more specifically their father.

When Jace Skell began recruiting Haruhi, Daigoroh made it his mission to dean his state and hone the skills that might make him indispensable in building World 2.0.

Daigoroh was bored immediately after starting his job on Auroa. He felt as though there was something strange about the world they were building and couldn't see how his expertise played a significant role. He was secretly relieved by the idea of resisting Sentinel and Skell Tech and took to the doctrines and directives of the Outcasts like a moth to flame. Though he expected to assume the role of Haruhi's right hand man, Daigoroh was disappointed to find that he was given no special privileges and has consistently been ignored as promotions and assignments are handed out.

Reputation[]

Though Daigoroh is intelligent and ambitious, he's seen as an immature protester type who takes the punk-rock vibe of the Outcasts to a new level.

Relationships[]

Daigoroh is someone who sees the mission as a path to finding meaning. He works to make connections within the Outcast world, though his main connections are his sister, Haruhi Ito and Paula Madera.
