El Pozolero (Mission) is the final mission in the San Mateo province and requires the player to complete The Death Truck in order to unlock it.

After interrogating the "death truck" driver, Karen Bowman tells the Ghosts to go to El Pozolero's location and bring him in.

Mission Description[]
We now have a confirmed location on El Pozolero, the man behind the gruesome disappearances in San Mateo. It is vital we extract El Pozolero and learn the identities of his many victims.
When complete:
We've taken El Pozolero to a secure location, where he is giving us a detailed list of his victims. The scope of his crimes is even greater than we imagined, involving all across from Bolivia. When the news gets, out there will be an uproar.
