Operation Fierce Viper is a mission conducted by Ghost Recon in 2010. It is the fifth operation during the Colombia conflict against the MFLC. By completing mission, unlocked M60 Machinegun. Challenge rewards: multiplayer skin, cheat unlocked: explosive M9.
Briefing[]
Congratulations gentlemen! We've won the war on drugs in the country. Although, the MFLC is being very disorganized now we can expect a counter attack in the next few days.
Proof of this disorganization is very interesting. HQ has been contacted by a high ranking member of the MFLC who is willing to switch sides and sell us some very important information for 10 million and amnesty.
The head brass back home wanted to hear what this guy has to say.
Of course the MFLC didn't want him talking once they learned of his plans, so they ambushed his convoy and are about to attack him and his bodyguards. We need this guy alive. Get in there, keep him alive, and get him out!
The bodyguards are expendable, but don't let that guy die!

Challenges[]
- Challenge 13 – Lone Wolf – Complete the mission with only one soldier. You may use the weapon of your choice.
- Challenge 14 – Time Course – Complete the mission with your full team and any weapon in under 5 minutes 00 seconds.
- Challenge 15 – Survival – Complete the mission using a special M9 that kills in one shot. Be carefull – enemies have had their rifles upgraded for the occasion.
