The Jace Skell Dam is the second source of energy for the Auroa archipelago located in Liberty. The dam channels water from the upper Blue Lake to the lower Small Lake.
Nomad must help the Wolf deserter Karel Sekulic to frame his death at the hands of the Ghosts by blowing up the dam's power transformers and placing his dog tags by a dead Sentinel soldier to get Sekulic's help on locating the Strategist.
