A standard issue M1911 with a railed frame can also be recovered in a locked weapons box on a cattle ranch in the southeastern part of the Ocoro province.

The M1911 starts with an 8-round magazine, and can be modified to accept 15-round extended magazines, various tactical laser sights, and a detachable suppressor.

The two-tone version with a black slide, khaki frame, and grip panels to resemble the M45A1 CQBP was added as the "M1911 MARSOC" in Title Update 15 and can only be acquired from Battle Crates.
