Moroshkin (Russian: Морошкин) was a political dissident and opponent of the Ultranationalists in Russia. He may have been freed from a prison camp in September 2008 by Ghost Recon during the Ultranationalist War in order to cause more trouble for President Dmitri Arbatov's regime.
