One Mind Army is a main mission of Episode 2 in Ghost Recon Breakpoint DLC Deep State.
Overview[]
“ DeepBlue has a plan to find a lead on the Strategist and Midas. ”
1. Go to West Cape Biovouac near the Main Pumping Station and a Cold War site at the Channels province at Long Island. In order to talk to Sam Fisher, you must wait for the clock to be set between 9pm and 2am. Use the bivouac to skip time.
2. Head to the Cold War site and talk to Sam. Sam found out from the laptop in the earlier mission that there's a power plant which has been linked to a secret Skell Technology project, where various technology specialists have been assigned to. Sam suspects the Strategist is one of them and the plant is their best lead to the location of Midas.
3. Follow Sam, he will lead you to a trench leading to the nearby pumping station. Sam explains that the plant's servers are heavily encrypted and the only way through is to knock out the power to the plant. Following that, the system starts moving the data to a less protected backup server.
4. Swim beneath the Pumping Station's control building and make your way inside. There' you will find the station's layout schematics on the second floor. The layout shows the locations of the switches to turn the station offline.
5. After you have turned off the station, Sam explains that he has planted a bug in the Strategist's computer and Nomad has to shoot down the cooling pipes in order to shut down the power to the facility. Make your way to the main Auroa Power Plant.
6. Sam has inserted 6 mines on the weak spots of the cooling pipes' joints. Shoot the mines and the pipes begin leaking. You will not be able to shoot down all of them from the ground, so use various vantage points.
7. After all of the six mines have been shot, the facility looses power. Sam hacks through the final encryption protocols. Head to the building containing the backup server and watch the video Sam sends to the computer.
8. The video shows Trey Stone and the Strategist in an unknown location testing some kind of headset, which allows the Strategist to control the drones with his mind and easily take down dummy drones. Trey Stone is not impressed and wants to see the drones working against real targets. The Strategist is insulted and states maybe once the project is finished, Stone can use it to put down the Outcast insurgents for good. The video ends.
9. Sam pulls a list of people linked to Project CLAW from the database. He is unable to find anything on Midas, but deducts that going through the list of names they received, they are able to find something on Midas. The mission ends.
“ Data from the Strategist's servers revealed a secret project codenamed "CLAW". A list of people tied to this project could lead to the Strategist, who is holding Midas captive. ”
