Pipeline Defense is the eighth mission in Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars.

Although discovering the location of the enemy base, the Ghosts are forced to defend the pipelines from further attacks.
Taking position around a gas pipeline the Ghosts prepare to repel the bandits.
Briefing[]
This is one of the many gas compression relays along the Russian-European pipeline. It is also the nearest site identified for attack in the documents. It is up to you to defend it. The position is very vulnerable to attack. There are many directions that hostiles can use for their approach, so you will need to cover all the angles. The hostiles will be targeting the gas compressor. If they manage to plant explosives here, the whole pipeline will explode and rupture. Don't let the hostiles reach the compressor.

The Ghosts defeated a series of bandit attacks on the Russian gas pipelines.
