The Remington R5 RGP appears in the game as an unlockable weapon, stored in the abandoned Agronomic Center in northern Monte Puncu.

In-game it is the standard carbine of UNIDAD, a corrupt Bolivian military police unit, who uses the standard configuration with an attached Elcan SpecterDR scope, 20 round magazine, a standard barrel and a stock buttstock. Despite having a selector switch, it is not possible to switch the R5 to semi-auto, and thus it only fires in fully automatic.
