Ramon Vega saves Mitchell at the beginning of the "On Your Own" mission, which takes place after the "The Price of Peace" mission and escorts Mitchell to the Extraction Point. Not much other information is received about Vega after the "On Your Own" mission, as Vega is left on the ground during the Extraction.
