The base served as the Wolves' main headquarters during Operation Citadel, until Lieutenant Colonel Cole D. Walker had it moved to the Howard Airfield in Sinking Country. Two wharfs for docking ships, such as submarines, is built within the cliffside of the Hunter Island.
Walker's LINCHPIN submarine gets launched from the base after a deserterleaks its location to Nomad. The submarine is planned to carry out the attacks by launching drones to begin another conflict where the US would come on top.
