The Skell Estate is a villa and the home owned by the head of Skell Technology, Jace Skell, located near the Long Valley Residences in the New Argyll province of the Auroa archipelago.

Description[]

Skell owns a magnificent villa on the slopes of the Maunga Nui Mountain. Built in the wild, this eco-friendly villa serves many functions: first as his house, second as a meeting place to impress his visitors and collaborators, and lastly as a private workspace. This villa offers all the comforts and facilities found in a modern house, but since Skell never acqiured a taste for eccentric art, his living space is beneft of famous paintings or other precious items. The decor is elegant and understated.

The meeting area is designed to host parties around the pool or inside a comfortable hall that serves as a showroom for World 2.0. The workspace is a small personal office where Skell retreats to work in isolation. This private office allows him to keep his more secretive projects away from prying eyes; its large desk and array of computers are surrounded by drone kits and blueprints.

Nomad gets the passcode to the door underneath the estate from Maurice Fox to gain access to the building undetected in order to gather information on Jace Skell's location, who has gone missing.
