The sniper class is the master of the long-range kill. Armed with the M24 sniper rifle, and their knowledge of stealthy movement, the sniper can sneak into a location that overlooks the enemy, and methodically engage them. Due to the range of the sniper's engagements, he is not expected to take direct heavy fire, and so is equipped with only light body armor to allow maximum mobility.
