Overview[]
“ Now that Ilsa Herzog is dead, the ruthless sniper Rosebud will see her mission to the end... and tie up loose ends. Innocents will die if she is not stopped. ”
1. Head to the Mechanical R&D Center in the Whaler's Bay province. Investigate for Rosebud's last known location. You will find an email from the escapees telling that they escaped to Anchor Point in the Wild Coast province.
2. Go to Anchor Point. Interrogate Sentinel troops and any escapees around. You will be noted that Rosebud had executed victims during her hunt and that someone managed to escape to the upper terrain. Head where the corpses were dumped. You will find a satellite image of Rosebud's camp.
3. Head towards the hill to find one of the escapees. She will tell that her friend went after Rosebud at her camp.
4. Go to a small island in the middle of Lake Bulkington. Talk to a woman who went after Rosebud. She will tell that Rosebud went back to her camp to resupply, but will be back to her hunt soon.
5. Go to the nearby Outpost Blue Tiger. The base is occupied by the Wolves, an Aym drone and Rosebud herself guarding from the middle HQ building. You can either do a direct frontal assault on the camp, or sneak from the back and stealthily assassinate Rosebud without seen or heard.
6. Pick up evidence from Rosebud's body. It is part of a note from a poem written on it. It reads: "...the guardian illuminates the paths of souls". The mission ends. You have succesfully completed the Carl Chisum storyline. Before starting Act 4 and Into The Wolf's Den, you must complete Christina Cromwell's and Paula Madera's quest lines first.
“ Rosebud killed several escapees, but we neutralized her before she could take any more innocent victims. ”
