Striking Back is the fifth mission in Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars.
Summary[]
Guided by their new ally Aydana Kozlova, the Ghosts advance on the village where the bandit SAMs are located.
The Ghosts attack the bandit controlled village to destroy the mobile SAMs.
Briefing[]
True to her word, Aydana has guided you to the village from which the SAMs were fired, but it appears that you have arrived in the middle of a firefight. The bandits have moved their operations, and are trying to take over the village itself. They are not having everything their own way. A squad of Kazakh police is holding out against the bandits from the town hall. Unfortunately the bandits have surrounded the building, and it is only a matter of time before it falls. The Mobile SAMs have already been moved around the village. One is a t the far north, the other to the south, close to your point of entry to the sector. Yoyr primary objective is to destroy the mobile SAMs. If however the opportunity arises, get in there and help the Kazakh forces so they can reclaim the town.
Destroy the SAM vehicles[]
Destroy the two mobile SAM vehicles around the village perimeter.
Secondary: Rescue the policemen[]
Eliminate the hostile forces around the town hall before all the policemen are killed.
Result[]
Aydana and the Ghosts destroyed the mobile SAMs in the bandit village.
