The TAR-21 is a bullpup assault rifle and it can be found in the town of Choza Padre in the Montuyoc province.
By default, it is actually a CTAR-21 with the 64 cm barrel, but can be turned back into a normal TAR-21 with the long barrel modification.
In Fallen Ghosts DLC, Los Extranjeros Footman units are armed with those rifles (CTAR-21 versions) that has only 20 rounds and iron sights.
