- NAJSA is to be signed in Mexico City. General Ontiveros launches a coup. Mitchell's team deploys and eliminates the coup leaders.

- Juan de la Barrera tries to finish what General Ontiveros started.[10]
- Mitchell is seriously wounded but still alive after stopping Barrera's nuclear warhead.

- The Ghosts are sent to Venezuela to rescue American hostages from rogue troops.[13]

- 27: A bomb explodes at the US embassy in Bolivia.
- A few days later, undercover agent Ricky Sandoval is found executed.
- A Ghost team known as Kingslayer Team led by Nomad under Operation Kingslayer is then sent to Bolivia to disrupt the cartel,[13] as the actions move Santa Blanca to the number four spot on the terrorist list.
- Operation: KingslayerThe Ghosts team up with the Fourth Echelon leader Sam Fisher to delete classified intel sold to Unidad.
- Operation: Archangel The Ghosts team up with Rainbow Six operatives to rescue a cartel spy.
- Operation: Silent Spade The Ghosts team up with Scott Mitchell and a young Ghost Recon recruit John Kozak to stop a plan to launch uranium-based weapons in Bolivia.
- Operation: Oracle The Ghosts teams up with a fellow Ghost Major Cole D. Walker who's Nomad's friend to stop a conspiracy involving a spy working towards a top secret drone program for Unidad.
- The Ghosts successfully disrupt the cartel's operations. The rebels are left leaderless. The cartel leader known as El Sueno is brought into custody for information about other criminal organization in exchange for his safety.
Later[]
- Bolivia is in disarray after the fall of the cartel. With the ensuing power vacuum, the Bolivian government hired private military company Los Extranjeros to assist Unidad establish control over a section of Bolivia, working with Santa Blanca remnants. Nomad and the Ghosts are sent to recover remaining US personnel and assets, but their chopper is shot down.
- The Ghosts eliminate Los Extranjeros leaders, recover the remaining assets and exfiltrate the country. Bolivia is set for a brighter future with the cartel, Unidad and the mercenary group gone.
2020[]
- Mitchell briefs Alpha Team during the Sri Lankan conflict.[14]
- Drone production begins on Auroa.
2021[]
- The insurgent/ultranationalist conflict.[15]
- Bravo Team members Dalton Hibbard and Joe Booth neutralize General Maxim Cherskiy.[16]

2025[]
- The naval cargo ship, USS Seay, sinks near the Auroa Archipelago, home of Skell Technology.
- Operation: Greenstone 32 Ghosts are sent to the island aboard the USS Wasp in Operation: Greenstone, where Nomad is later stranded in Auroa after a helicopter crash from a drone swarm.
- Cole D. Walker takes over the island along with Sentinel Corps and sends the order to kill invading Ghosts teams. Weaver is among the Ghosts who perish.
- Nomad later thwarts Walker's plan by finding Jace Skell and working with his colleagues to destroy Walker's war drone submarine, using a virus uploaded into Sentinel's system. Walker is killed by Nomad.
- Operation: Checkmate Nomad halts the production of a top secret drone program called the CLAW, which allows the user to control drones with their mind. Nomad tracks down 5 people in charge of the project to go after the leader, the Leon Fairrow aka the Strategist and teams up with Fourth Echolon leader and Splinter Cell operative Sam Fisher once more to capture the Strategist and take him back to the United States congress to face justice.
- Operation Red Patriot Sentinel and Trey Stone hire the Russian ultranationalist group called Raven's Rock to proceed with the Wonderland Conspiracy via alternative methods by releasing toxic gas in the United States. Colonel Mitchell dispatches Nomad to take down various leaders behind the Red Patriot operation, before finally killing Trey Stone. The Conspiracy is over and the people responsible back in the States and Russian Federation are arrested.
- Operation Amber Sky Team Rainbow operators Ash, Finka and Thatcher, plus Lesion as contact, arrive on Auroa to help the Ghosts stop Sentinel from manufacturing and selling a chemical weapon called Amber Ruin.
3 months later[]
- Nomad and the remaining Ghost team are evacuated from the Auroa archipelago. Auroa becomes the target of a race against time for the plunders of technology left behind sought after by powerful countries. The rogue Russian special forces group Bodark is secretly working towards recovering the technology and plans to false flag the Russian Federation into starting World War III by committing atrocities in the archipelago while disguised with Russian military uniforms and equipment.
- Operation: Motherland Nomad and the Ghosts are once again sent to help the Outcasts establish peace on the islands and set up a proper unified government with the Central Intelligence Agency's backing, with CIA agent Karen Bowman working as the handler for the operation.
2034[]
- 20 years into the future, the Ghosts fight a group of ex-soldiers known as the Phantoms in an unstable world.[24]
Alternate Future (World War III)[]
- World War III has occurred in an alternate 2020.[25]
