Victor Anthony Christopher "Vic" Coste is a friend of Sam Fisher and the founder and leader of Paladin Nine Security, a Private Military Company (PMC). Unlike many other PMCs, Paladin 9's focus and foundation is to provide services to honorable and legal organizations, without compromising morals or conduct.
Biography[]
Sam explained he met Victor back in SEAL training days. They had been saving each other's asses all over the world ever since. He took a live grenade for Sam, which there's nothing Sam wouldn't do for him.
Operation Greenstone[]
Victor and Sam had been on the island for a while. Sam explained to Nomad a couple months ago before Operation Citadel cut off all access to the archipelago, both of them under Operation Checkmate flew in undercover as Paladin Nine officers dispatched there for some sort of skill exchange with Sentinel. With Victor covering for him, Sam had been completely free in investigate the island and finding out what is the Strategist's Project CLAW.
Nomad commented that Victor had no issue telling him where he could find Sam. So Sam joyfully replayed that his company had softened him up. Which Sam bet Victor simply thought it'd be beneficial for all involved.
